Dr. Bawumia Will Win The Special Delegates Conference With 80% Votes -Kofi Agyekum

The Member of Parliament for Fanteakwa South, Hon. Kofi Okyere Agyekum, has predicted an eighty percent win for Dr. Bawumia in the upcoming special delegates conference.

According to him, he will be very surprised if the outcome turns out to be different from his prediction.

He noted that after an eighty percent win during the special delegates conference, slated for August 26 to select 5 candidates for the primaries, Dr. Bawumia will again garner seventy percent of the November 4, elections to become the flagbearer of the party.

“I’m very sure these are the exact or more figures Dr. Bawumia will get during both the special delegates conference and the Presidential primaries. There’s something about Dr. Bawumia that we need to know as party members. He contributed massively to my victory in 2012”, he said.

He furthered that he started making ‘noise’ about Dr. Bawumia since 2012 after the latter had come to campaign in his constituency in 2012.

“When Bawumia came into my constituency in 2012, there was a polling station NPP had never won since 1992 . However, after spending just 30 minutes to campaign in that polling station, NPP win massively in that polling station….however, when he couldn’t make it the next election, although we won in that polling station, the vote margin dropped drastically”, he said.

“The was something magical about Dr. Bawumia’s presence in the constituency and it was since then I started rooting for him”, he emphasized.
