The deputy National Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), George Krobea Asante, has urged party members to aid in spreading the excellent achievements of the Akufo- Addo- Bawumia led administration.
Speaking with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show, Mr Krobea Asante said that ‘’sometime ago, the National Democratic Congress(NDC) took over the media landscape until the coming of Oman Fm, Ashh Fm, Wontumi Radio and its conglomerate. Anytime I get the opportunity to speak to party leaders, I remind them of your immerse contributions to the party through the media. We need to use every opportunity we get to talk about the good works of the NPP government. I posted the Abomosu STEM school, and I was surprised when over 200 people were asking if the school is in Ghana or whether it’s a new University. The vision to take over social media is in the right direction. We need to leverage on new media to share the great works of government. We can’t leave that for party communicators only-party members must be involved”.
”We must start from our various environment, we need to disseminate the changes government have made in our immediate environment . We should not allow NDC’s propaganda take over the good works of government”, Krobea added.
Mr Krobea commended the National Executives for bridging the gap between the party and government appointees. According to him, this is part of the initiative by the General Secretary to ensure constant engagements between the party and appointees of the government.
