A communicator for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwabena Marfo, has stated that the NPP is in the better position to emerge victorious in the 2024 elections.
According to him, considering statistics of previous elections, the NPP stands a better chance of recapturing power.
Speaking on Movement in the morning show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio with Kweku Dawuro, Kwabena Marfo noted that the NPP is the only party to have won with close to a million vote in its second term in office, which has never happened in the history of Ghana- as every party has won with just a slight margin in its second term in office.
“We are in a better position to win the elections if we unite and put our heads together as one family to elect our Presidential candidate in peace and harmony”, he urged party members.
Adding that “the NDC couldn’t even garner a hundred thousand vote difference to win the elections for the first time. But we won with close to a million-vote difference in 2016 and this is why the NPP is in a better position to win elections 2024”.
