Enjoy The Music, Let Me Worry About The Money Part – Mona4reall

Ghana’s Mona4reall’s rising in the music industry continues to surprise many who are oblivious to the characteristics of a determined woman. The quality of her latest single, Blow, has left the question – How?

Speaking to Berla Mundi on TV3 NewDay morning show, Mona4reall, aka Hajia4reall, says we should not worry about how she keeps serving great clean visuals one after the other. She tells Ghanaians to keep enjoying good music whilst she focuses on the nitty-gritty of producing quality music videos.

“Whatever I do, I make sure I do it properly and with all seriousness. And I’m here to stay, so if we are doing it, we are doing it well. Quality is not cheap. I just want you guys to enjoy it for me. I will take care of the rest.”

Mona4reall also shared her music journey. How it began and the motivators for inspiring her to venture into the bottomless pit of lyrical creativity. Citing her father as her core inspiration, she details how corona also played a role in her new career.

“I have always liked music. Ever since I was growing up, I always liked music, and my dad has always been pushing me to make music. I just didn’t know when was the right time. You know, I was still trying to gather some vim and courage to do it. I wasn’t sure. I just didn’t have the courage to do so. I felt like I needed to be perfect before I go out there. My dad kept reminding me, ‘Hey, girl. You have to do this. Time waits for nobody.’ What happened in 2020, with the covid and all, I was like I need to chase my dreams now,” Mona4reall revealed.

Despite the enormous naysaying comments at the start of her music career, the socialite disclosed that her focus will always be her music.

Mona4reall says, “My main focus was the music, so I wasn’t really paying attention. I realized that no matter what you do, people are still going to talk. So you just have to do what’s good for you. I’m so happy that I did this. I’m so glad that I chased my dreams. I love it, and I can’t wait to give them more.”
