A member of the ruling New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) communication team Awal Mohammed has said that Prof. Frimpong Boateng failed woefully as a leader.
This he explained was because the former Minister was to report challenges he was faced with during his line of duties to the President earlier, but not when he is off post that he will come out with the challenges he faced.
He said the was not even a single day that Professor Frimpong wrote to the cabinet or the President to report to him any challenge he was facing in his line of duty.
“If you have a task to perform and you come across challenges, you talk it to your leaders and elders to help find solution to it. Because at the end of the day, they are expecting you to deliver diligently. So once someone interferes with your duties, you must be bold enough to report such people and that makes you an efficient leader”, he spoke on Movement TV.
Adding that he’s only trying to portray the fact that he has failed as a leader- stressing that if he had reported those challenges and nothing was done about it, then we would have all believed what he has contained in his report.
