Deputy Ashanti regional youth organizer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Daniel Agyenim Boateng has advised all Presidential aspirants to be measured with the kind of utterances they make whiles they go about their campaigns.
Speaking to Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio, he noted that it would be better if the aspirant makes their intentions, plans and visions known devoid of criticizing the current government.
“President Akufo-Addo in his vision to become a leader, he didn’t criticize anybody like some people have begun. He said he was going to implement the free SHS policy, and he has delivered. He spoke about One District One Factory and he’s done exactly that- even if it’s just two factories he has built, at least, he has done something”, he said.
Advising that the aspirants should be doing and saying things that will help move the country forward, rather than criticizing each other and selling their arsenals to the opposition.
“The NDC had said a whole lot of filthy things against Pres. Akufo-Addo when he was campaign which were all not true. However, they only got such opportunity because some party members were the ones to have started raining insult on the then candidate, Akufo-Addo. Let’s be measured and careful with the kind of comments we make”, he added.
