Mr. Yaw Adomako Baafi has accused Hon. Kennedy Agyapong of being jealous and envious of vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
In exposing Hon. Agyapong’s hatred for the vice President, Mr. Baafi stated that as far back as 2007, the legislator for Assin Central vehemently opposed the selection of Dr. Bawumia as running mate to then flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo.
“In 2007, when Bawumia was selected, Kennedy Agyapong was the only person who stood against it even when all members of the party supported it”, he sadly recounted.
He indicted Hon. Agyapong of scheming to use the same tactics he used to denigrate former President Kufuor’s government on the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia regime.
He however vowed to defend the current government especially vice President Bawumia against the malicious attacks from Hon. Agyapong.
“So he is revisiting his hatred against this man. What has he done to him? I know he is my elder brother I have shared secrets with but the way he stood and destroyed the government of President Kufour; he is doing same against Nana Akufo-Addo, I don’t have to become a minister before defending Akufo-Addo”, he said.
