A spokesperson for Dr. Bawumia’s campaign Team, Dennis Aboagye strongly believes that the indigenes of Asante strongly support Dr. Bawumia’s ambition.
He noted that this was evident during the just ended Vice President’s tour of the Ashanti region.
He told Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show on Movement TV that he could tell without any shred of fear or doubt that the outpour of love and support for Bawumia during his tour is an indication that they support the dream of Dr. Bawumia. The love Dr. Bawumia has got for the NPP and the country at large is just exceptional.
“The sort of information, motivation, inspiration in which the Ashanti polling station Executives, Electoral area coordinators, constituency executives and regional executives have shown Dr. Bawumia is amazing. Thus, the only thing left is that he should spread the dream he has for NPP and Ghana to the other 14 regions left for him to tour, so they could also understand and support him, so that victory 2024 will be assured”, he said.
He expressed disappointment over certain attitudes exhibited by other aspirants he’s contesting with.
“There are ten people contesting for the same person, nine of them are always distributing T-shirts among others to delegates and party supporters but once Bawumia does same, then they turn to criticize him and say all sort of things against him”, he added.
