Some delegates of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ekumfi Constituency of the Central Region have gathered to pick nomination forms for Mr. Albert Tetteh-Entsie.
The delegates expressed their belief in Mr. Tetteh-Entsie leading to their decision to support him.
The delegates went in huge numbers to the party office in the district capital, to pick the forms. After picking the forms, they traveled to Sakumono-Accra, where he resides, and presented the forms to him, urging him to lead them.
The leader of the group, Rev. Emmanuel Quaye emphasized the need for Mr. Tetteh- Entsie to be chosen as the candidate, highlighting that among the other four aspirants who have shown interest to contest, his commitment, dedication to improving the livelihood of the constituents stands tall.
Rev. Quaye noted that when he’s elected, he will make NPP more attractive in the area to help the party flip the seat from the NDC in the upcoming 2024 elections.

Mr. Tetteh-Entsie has the resources to buy his own forms, hence our action is ample evidence that he has the total support of the party and the people of Ekumfi.
“We the NPP delegates had ‘assessed’ all the aspirants in the upcoming party race, and we are convinced that Mr. Albert Tetteh-Entsie “is miles ahead of the other competitors and so we have settled on him”, he said.
Accepting the challenge, Mr. Albert Tetteh-Entsie stated that his objective is to include the entire constituency in the development agenda of Ekumfi. He expressed the need for hard work in order to break the 8 years jinx and improve the lives of the constituents.
He noted that education and youth employment are his topmost agenda if he becomes the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ekumfi.
The Chartered Accountant and chartered Financial Economist called on party members to be mindful of their words during the internal election process, as the NDC awaits them as the main opponent. He promised to provide humble, strong, competent, and faithful leadership, working hard to deliver the seat to NPP.
Another delegate mentioned that work has already begun in preparing for the elections. He stressed the importance of Mr. Albert-Entsie’s leadership, as there are many issues that need to be addressed in Ekumfi constituency.
It is clear that the delegates are confident in Mr. Albert Tetteh-Entsie’s ability to represent their interests and lead them to victory in the upcoming elections.
Mr. Albert Tetteh-Entsie is an erudite who hails from Ekumfi-Ekumpoano located in the Ekumfi Constituency. He is also a staunch member of the NPP in the Ekumfi Constituency.
Constituents have described him as respectful; a visionary; hardworking; a good listener and development-oriented personality.
