An Aspiring Parliamentary Candidate for the Ayawaso North Constituency in the Greater Accra region Ibrahim Saanie, has assured constituents that he’s got plans for the youth of the constituency.
Speaking to Kwaku Dawuro in an exclusive interview on Movement TV, he told NPP supporters in the constituency that if delegates give him the nod to represent the party in the 2024 general election, he will defeat the incumbent Member of Parliament.
“I want to change the narrative of Ayawaso North…I want to prove a point to Ghanaians that the ‘Ghetto’ youth of the constituency have got something better they could offer society other than the social vices they are known for….I was once a ghetto boy myself…I’ve lived that live before and so I know what their problems are and as such, willing to support and alleviate their plight…”, he said.
“It is for this reason I would want to do something unique for the youth”, he added.
Hon. Saanie noted that he wants to make history by being the first ghetto MP in Ghana, and therefore called on the delegates to give him the chance to prove his worth.
