1st vice Dome-Kwabenya constituency Chairman for New Patriotic Party (NPP), Paul Opoku has opined that former President John Dramani Mahama has no message of hope for Ghanaians.
According to him, it is for this reason that the stateman, continue to say things to make the governing party unpopular, so he could court public sympathy.
However, Mr. Opoku noted that such an adopted formula wouldn’t work and thus, former President Mahama should quickly advise himself.
“Why would you incite the public against the President by saying he his filling the judiciary with cronies, when in actual fact, you’re aware that the President appoints Judges to the court. Is Mahama trying to say that he never appointed any judge during his tenure as President. Mind you, there’s no way the person could come up for nomination when he/she isn’t fit”, he said on Movement TV.
He was quick to add that he wouldn’t fault Mahama because all he is doing is because he wants to become President again and must therefore, do all he can to make it happen.
“But why would Mahama still have confidence that Ghanaians will vote for him, even after he had been rejected twice…This is a clear indication that Mahama has no message of hope for Ghanaians, but only wants to destroy the country and pay back Ghanaians for rejecting him twice”, he added.
