Broadcast Journalist with Wontumi Multimedia, Dasebre Agyei Dwamena has said that the former Trades minister, Alan Kojo Kyeremanten is not a matured politician that must be supported.
This comes after a former member of Alan Kojo Kyeremanten’s campaign team, Slyvester Tetteh had expressed disappointment over the former Presidential aspirant’s decision to withdraw from the NPP Presidential race.
According to Dasebre, he was approached by a member of Alan Kyeremanteng’s campaign team to support him in his Presidential bid. However, he rejected the request because he never believed Alan Kyeremanten was fit and capable of leading the party.
“If you would want to follow any politician who is vying for a political position, you should be very careful…Look at how Alan Kyeremanten has left all his following stranded to their fate…Slyvester Tetteh, Yaw Buabeng Asamoah, Hopeson Adorye, Catherine Afeku and Agya Ntow were going about saying all sort of things against the other aspirants, in a bid to campaign for Alan, only for him to withdraw”, he said on the newspaper review on Movement In The Morning show on Movement TV.
According to him, the reason for which he was bold enough to reject the offer to support Alan Kyeremanten was due to what happened in 2008, when Alan Kyeremanten did exactly what he has repeated, by withdrawing from the contest.
“This is the reason I’m saying he’s not a matured politician”, he added.
