The Bono Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe Abronye has revealed that so far, the Government of Ghana has spent a whopping $400,000 on the Speaker of Parliament to cure the hernia he has developed.
This shocking revelation was made on the Nsempa Fie show last Saturday as Chairman Abronye delved deeper into what has accounted to the frequent travels of Hon. Alban Bagbin to Dubai to seek medical attention.
According to Chairman Abronye the Speaker of Parliament has visited his doctor four times so far and that every trip cost the Akufo-Addo led government $100,000 minus the perdiem given to him and the people who follow him.
He challenged the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa to speak on the expensive travels of Alban Bagbin if he indeed has integrity.
