Hence, the President and his Vice, Chief of staff and deputies, CEOs and their deputies, MMDCEs, MPs and all appointees of the government will pay one per cent of their salaries into the fund, and this will be the welfare support system to assist constituencies and polling station officers when the need arises. The 1st and 2nd chairmen will be the managers of the fund”, he added.

“The funds will be used to pay school fees of the targeted persons , support artisan workers within the age bracket who may need assistance as little as 200- 300 cedi to enhance their livelihood; this will help us catch them young so that by 2024, these individuals will vote for the NPP”, he indicated.

In furtherance he stressed, “under my office, I will liaise with the national NASARA coordinator and hold major fund raising in every 3 months in all the 16 regions across the country and whatever we get will be distributed to the 275 constituencies where we will create the NASARA Development Fund.
