A National Nasara Coordinator Candidate for the 2022 National Annual Delegates conference, Awal Mohammed, has revealed he lost the elections at the polling station.
He said this when Kwaku Dawuro, host of Movement In The Morning asked him about the aftermath of the National elections.
Awal said, “I  did 80% of the work at the grounds and 20% at the polling station. However I realized I should have done 80% of the work at the polling station and the remaining 20% at the grounds level. That was the formula most of the candidates used. I joined the race quite late, 2 months to the elections but I did my best- unfortunately I lost the elections at the polling station’’.
He further stated that the newly elected leadership is a solid team; all of them are experienced and competent. I believe I could have worked better than him but the delegates say he should be allowed to continue the job.
Awal Mohammed was the Deputy National Communications officer for the Zongo Caucus of the National Democratic Congress but quit to join the NPP prior to the 2016 general elections.
