Minister of Information, Hon. Fatimatu Abubakar, has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to the “Breaking the 8” agenda, aimed at improving Ghana’s development.
In an exclusive interview with Kwaku Dawuro on “Movement in the Morning” show, Hon. Abubakar highlighted the Akufo-Addo government’s achievements across all 16 regions, including the completion of 21 district hospitals under Agenda 111, with 60 more nearing completion.
She also mentioned the establishment of profitable drug stores in rural communities, increased girls’ education through Free SHS, and stable electricity coverage now at 84%.
Additionally, Hon. Abubakar announced plans to introduce 40 information vans to disseminate information, particularly in rural areas.
She expressed gratitude for the government’s accomplishments despite pressures from security personnel and healthcare centers.
Hon. Abubakar urged Ghanaians to vote for Dr. Bawumia to ensure continuity and completion of ongoing projects, such as the Kumasi Affordable Housing Project and legacy projects, advising Ghanaians to disregard NDC’s propaganda, as they lack alternative solutions for Ghana’s development.
