Deputy General Secretary and Executive Director of the Danquah Institute, Dr. Antoinette Tsiboe-Darko, has criticized the opposition NDC party’s promise to pay school fees for first-year university students, describing it as unrealistic and misleading.
In an interview on the “Movement in the Morning” show with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement TV, Dr. Tsiboe-Darko cited the variability of school fees across different courses and universities, emphasizing that the promise is not feasible.
She also highlighted the current government’s achievements in education, including the provision of free scholarships to students with disabilities, and urged Ghanaians to be discerning in the upcoming election and not be deceived by the NDC’s promises.
Dr. Tsiboe-Darko emphasized that the current government has made significant strides in education and has more to offer, making it the better choice for Ghanaians.
