Ghanaian singer, Fameye has spoken out about an incident that marred his recent performance in the United Kingdom, expressing disappointment over what he described as “unprofessional treatment” by the event’s DJ.
The artiste, celebrated for his heartfelt music and engaging performances, had promised a memorable show for his UK fans.
However, the experience fell short due to a series of technical and communication lapses with the event organizers and their DJ, according to a statement from his management, Fameye Worldwide Enterprise.
The issue allegedly stemmed from the organizers’ refusal to allow Fameye to use his official DJ from Ghana or Belgium.
Despite efforts to negotiate, the event team insisted on using their pre-booked DJ. Fameye’s team ultimately agreed, prioritizing his fans over logistical preferences.
Unfortunately, the decision led to disruptions during his set, frustrating both Fameye and his audience.
The management described the DJ’s conduct as “disrespectful” and emphasized how it negatively impacted the artiste’s ability to deliver a top-notch performance.
