A communicator of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Benjamin Gyau popularly known as Ben Gazie has made wild allegations against some leading members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) stating they have paid some media houses in the Ashanti Region to incite the people against the Nana-Addo led administration.
He said this when he joined Kwaku Dawuwo on Movement In The Morning show on Friday, 26th May 2022.
Speaking he said that ‘’John Mahama, Ofosu Ampofo and Joseph Yamin have paid some people including radio personalities to inflame the people in the Ashanti Region against the NPP government. They know the Region is the heart of the party so they are doing everything to put a dent on the party . I am not surprised at the recent chaos in the region. President Akufo- Addo is doing everything possible to revive the economy, despite the current hardship, several projects are ongoing all over the country”.
He revealed that he got to know about NDC’s plot against the party through the Assin Central Member of Parliament, Hon Kennedy Agyapong, adding that Ghana was on the path of prosperity before the covid-19 pandemic.
