A young woman from Dambai in the the Oti Region known as Irene Adoma, has expressed grief saying the father of her 4th child who happens to be a pastor called Godfred Amoako, cursed her during her pregnancy with the gods of her hometown after accusing her of cheating on him.
Speaking on Wontumi Nka Wasem today, 30th August, 2022, the mother of four met Godfred Amoako in 2012, where they had marriage intentions and decided to live together. According to Irene, she finally conceded 7 months into the relationship after several questioning from the pastor on when she was going to put to birth for him.
She noted that Godfred left her with no reason while they were out on one of their evangelical missions at Krakye Nkwanta. Shortly after leaving her, she endured suffering due to her financial instability leaving her to wander where to lodge or how to fend for herself and her unborn baby. Irene asserted that after Godfred left her to her fate, he called her once to curse her while pregnant.
She said, ” he called me to invoke curses on me with the gods of my hometown that i’ll never give birth to the child i’m pregnant with and gave me several other threats”.
