The National Democratic Congress deteriorated into a wasteful political party after former President John Evans Atta Mills kicked the bucket, Nana Obiri Boahen has said.
The deputy General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) described the NDC in its current state as a total waste noting that there was no form of discipline in the party.
Nana Obiri Boahen praised the late former President Mills for being a “disciplinarian” but added that his direct successor was unable to carry on with his mantra.
He also praised the founder of NDC, the late former President Rawlings for leaving behind a mark that made armed robbery an unpleasant venture when he was President of Ghana.
