A Government spokes person on social services, Alhaji Yusif Fofana, has said the National Democratic Congress (NDC) should be arrested for collapsing major jobs that was set up by the first President of the republic of Ghana, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
He said this when he joined Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show on Tuesday 5th July,2022.
He said, ”if anyone will give lecture on the economy it should not be the NDC’s. All the things Nkrumah left was sold by the NDC’s under the late President Atta Mills and Rawlings’ era. They sold Ghana National Trading Cooperation (GNTC) all over the country. Ghana’s first ship-black star hive which was bought under Dr. Hilla Limann was sold by this same people who are now claiming they can make Ghana better.’’
‘’They turned some of the industries into churches. When Ghanaians were complaining under President Mahama’s era that there were no jobs, he boldly told them he was not a magician. Today they are saying Ghanaians should vote them into power again, what do they have to offer?’’, he quizzed.
He stressed that the NDC’s are certainly not an alternative for 2024.
“We have visionary leaders who want to ensure the country is developed’’, he concluded.
