A Presidential Aspirant for the New Patriotic Party(NPP), and former Member of Parliament for Mampong, Mr. Francis Addai Nimoh, has stated that the NPP has a brighter chance of winning the 2024 general elections, thereby breaking the eight – year jinx, but that wouldn’t be a walk in the park.
Speaking exclusively to Kwaku Dawuro on Movement in the morning show, Mr. Addai Nimoh noted that the party needs to face the elections with a united front, and that unity should start from the NPP presidential primaries.”There should be a free, fair and transparent process that would allow all prospective candidates to stand on their own; without support for any particular candidate from leaders of the party most of the party supporters are peeved because of neglect, and I’m therefore calling for inclusiveness to bring each and everyone on board.
He also urged leadership of the party to ‘take care’ of the supporters, no matter how small it may be.On the Global economic crisis which has affected Ghana badly, Mr. Addai Nimoh advised the government and all Ghanaians to cut down waste, so as to help bring the economy back to life.
