Abronye makes similar claims

It will be recalled that the Bono regional Chairman for the NPP, Kwame Baffoe once alleged that the water tanks in John Dramani Mahama house contain money and not water.

Speaking as host of Wontumi TV’s Nsempa Fie show, Kwame Baffoe popularly known as Abronye noted that should holes be perforated in the tanks, “money, instead of water would flow”.

“He (Mahama) has saved money the poly tanks in his house. I told NPP members that we should burn those poly tanks but they didn’t listen to me. He has stolen and hidden cash in those tanks. If you should use nails in the pierce the tank, water won’t come out but rather money”, Chairman Abronye said.

The former first family’s continued stay at the official residence, despite handing over power to President Nana Akufo-Addo became the subject of public discourse, with Ghanaians agitating for Mahama’s eviction from the house.
