Onua TV/FM’s Captain Smart has been labeled an “irresponsible” journalist by an indigene of Obuasi.
Mr. Bright Nyampo has lashed out Captain Smart for invading the municipality of Obuasi without requesting permit to hold his shambolic People’s Forum program.
Addressing the issue on the Wontumi Morning Show, Mr. Nyampo stated that the Onua FM journalist behaves as if the “media doesn’t work with code of ethics”.
“Can you just carry your equipment to an area to work without permit? You want space in a municipal or assembly and you don’t request permit…you come and place your equipment on a project the government has constructed and you don’t request for permit. The assembly allowed him to work on the first day and pardoned him but later realized that he was there to do his show for 3 days without permit”, Mr. Nyampo said.
