Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Communications Director, Yaw Adomako Baafi, has made a startling revelation about media personality Captain Smart.
According to Baafi, Captain Smart was never a member of the NPP, contrary to popular perception.
In an interview on Movement TV/Wontumi Radio, Baafi claimed that Captain Smart openly supported President Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) during the 2020 general elections. Baafi stated that Captain Smart was a vocal critic of the NPP during that period.
Baafi also launched a scathing attack on Captain Smart’s professionalism, describing him as an “unprofessional journalist.” He accused Captain Smart of being responsible for the Obuasi mining incident, which resulted in the loss of lives.
Furthermore, Lawyer Baafi called on Captain Smart to apologize to the families of those who lost their lives in the incident.
