Cement Selling At 800 Cedis Is Possible With John Mahama- Lady Vera Wiredu

Communications specialist at the Presidency, Lady Vera Wiredu, has said in any unlikely event that former President Mahama is voted into power, one bag of cement will cost Eight hundred(800) Ghana cedis by end of his tenure.

This comes after the former President Mahama who is on a campaign trail had told supporters of the NDC that cement now costs 800 Ghana cedis when it’s not true.

This, Lady Vera said that Ghanaians normally joke about thing former President Mahama says, but then those are his intentions.

Speaking with Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In The Morning Show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio she said that “Ghanaians are fond of making jokes out of what he normally says but then those are his policies and plans. for him to have said cement is sold at 800 cedis when it’s not true means he’s trying to indirectly tell us that cement will be sold at 800 cedis by end of his tenure and its possible with him”.

This is someone who pays three months’ salary after working for three years. He had the guts to tell aggrieved nurses he wasn’t going to pay them, and they can go ahead and vote against him.

She asked how much fuel will be sold at if cement is selling for 800 cedis by end of Mahama’s tenure if he’s elected.

“Fuel has become expensive in many countries- people are queuing to buy it whiles others do not even get some to buy at all. People are living in hardship and are seeking for refuge here in Ghana”, she narrated.

Lady Vera disclosed that even the United Kingdom is considering an IMF bailout.

Stressing that there’s hardship everywhere including Ghana- as the United States of America’s debt is over 30 trillion, and they are still seeking for support.
