A communications team member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Patrick Awuku, has said that deception and lies are the hallmark of the NDC.
Speaking on Movement in the morning show on Wontumi Radio/Movement TV, he said that the NDC is desperate for power hence every good opportunity they get, the party uses to throw the dust into the eyes of Ghanaians.
“If they were to criticize the President, his appointees and government for the wrongs and crimes that they are actually committing, or have committed, I will have had no qualms about it. However, to make it their habit to fabricate stories against them and inform the public as such, as though they were true, is what gets to me”, he told Kwaku Dawuro.
He advised that Ghanaians shouldn’t be tolerating such lies told by people who are seeking to come to power to rule them. “Shall we be dumb to accept them for leadership positions, believing their lies for truth?”, he asked.
He entreated Ghanaians to be as wise as the serpent to see what the NDC are, from John Dramani Mahama through to their least respected NDC member- and further challenged the NDC to come out with alternative policies and programmes to those of the NPP that they have come to mock as total failure.
