A stalwart member of the New Patriotic Party, Razak Abubakar says he is in high expectancy of the Central region chairman, Robert Kutin to act as Chairman Wontumi did to win the Assin-North seat.
He made this assertion in an interview with Kwaku Dawuro, on Wontumi In The Morning, on Movement TV/Wontumi TV. According to Razark Chairman Kutin is obliged to contribute efforts, and make some sacrifices to aid in winning the Assin-North seat in the upcoming elections.
”Some of us do not have the kind of energy Chairman Wontumi has. NPP has won alright and a special thanks goes to the Ashanti Regional Chairman, you see you might disagree or have your differences with him but he is very sensational and tactful . Dawuro with all due respect to the inhabitance in Kumawu, we all know how the regional chairman is, we know where he resides and places he visits. Regional Chairman went to live in Kumawu for two months because of the by-election, why don’t we give him the credit, he won the election.
He lived in Kumawu for two months before Parliamentary primaries, after and this election. We should not be lying to ourselves, how many people would spend time to go and live in Kumawu for two months, leaving their families and luxurious lives. He has thrown a challenge to every party chairman with what he did to make it possible to win, so i’m expecting the central regional chairman to do as Chairman Wontumi did if he wants to secure the Assin North seat.” he said.
