One of Ghana’s finest gospel artists, Selina Boateng has sent a word of advice to ladies especially those found in the public eye, to take charge of their marriage and give deaf ear to anyone who tries to dictate it for them.
Speaking in an interview with Shatta Michy on Movement showbiz on Friday, September 2nd, 2022 on celebrity marriages, the sensational gospel songstress stressed on the fact that celebrities should refrain from pretending to be happy in their marriages when they go through hell in the name looking perfect in the sight of their fans.
She said ”we have people who have been turned into punching bags, being slapped and go through hell in their marriages but fake laughter and perfection, so you’d think they’re happy in their marriage. As a celebrity, you should’nt endure pain and hide it and don’t let your fame or fans dictate your marriage for you because marriage is an institution.”
