A Member of Parliament (MP) for Anyaa Sowutuom, Hon. Dr Dickson Adomako Kissi, has reminded the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) critics about how the Roman’s crucified Jesus Christ despite all the good things he did for them.
Speaking to Kwaku Dawuro on Movement In the Morning Show he said that ‘’despite all the things Jesus did for the people, he was crucified. Some Ghanaians are like the Romans, regardless of what the Nana- Addo Led government is doing for Ghanaians they are still not satisfied. When I meet President Akufo-Addo, I will remind him that he is doing exceptionally well but as human as we are, not everyone will appreciate his tremendous effort. Indeed, we are fortunate to have a leader like President Akufo-Addo in these challenging times. The time government initiated the 1 district 1 ambulance policy, Covid-19 had not hit the country- this tells you President Akufo-Addo is a visionary leader. The ambulance service helped the health sectors in fighting the pandemic”.
“‘The biggest property a father can give his children is education- one critical thing I will leave for my children is educational policies because when they are educated, they will be able to manage the remaining properties. The free SHS policies have benefited the country – in the coming years we will have equipped and knowledgeable individuals who will contribute to the socio-economic development of the country. We can easily access electricity and Petrol and that is a plus because some countries are struggling to access even with cash at hand”, he added.
Dr. Kissi advised party members and Ghanaians to keep propagating the good works of President Akufo-Addo so the positives will drawn the negatives.
