The Deputy coordinator for free Senior High School program, Nana Afrah Sika Mensah, has noted that the program is very stable despite several challenges.
According to her, although the program has been faced with several challenges emanating from economic turmoil faced the country, resulting from global challenges, government has been able to keep the program running since 2017.
“The secretariat has been up and doing, working assiduously to ensure that the program still runs. Regardless of the hindrances relating to feeding among others, we ensure that we provide the schools with perishables, settle their utility bills among others. We need to let Ghanaians know that aside from their feeding, we pay for their bills too. Moreover, it was a global challenge”, he said in an interview on Movement In The Morning show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio.
“Looking at the current state of the policy we can say it’s stable”, she added.
