Campaign manager for flagbearer hopeful, Kennedy Agyapong for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Owusu has categorically stated that come what may, his candidate will emerge victorious in the NPP Presidential primaries.
“From all indications, Kennedy Agyapong will become the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party in the run up to the 2024 elections. Because he is the choice of the people. Wherever, we step foot to campaign, the delegates speaks highly of him and how helpful he’s been to the party and grassroot and as such, will give him the nod to lead the party going into elections 2024”, he told Kwaku Dawuro on Movement TV.
According to him, there’s no doubt that delegates of the NPP believe in him- and it goes even beyond the delegates because there are many Ghanaians who would want to see Kennedy Agyapong lead the country as President.
Adding that “this is a man that has really helped the party- he’s done a whole lot to support the party, and this is the time for the party to reward and pay him back for all he’s done for the party. Most people have attested to the good work he has done.
