Ghanaian forward Benjamin Tetteh has completed a permanent move to the newly promoted French Ligue 1 team FC Metz, for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old had made the switch to the English Championship club from Turkish side Yeni Malatyaspor in July of the previous year. During the 2022/23 season, he featured in 17 games for the Tigers, although his progress was hampered by injuries.
Among his notable contributions, Tetteh notched his solitary goal for the City in a 2-0 home victory against West Bromwich Albion in March. His powerful angled strike, recognized as our Goal of the Month, showcased his prowess on the field.
