Good Governance Has Suppressed Economic Hardship Despite The Global Hardship- Gideon Boako

Economic advisor and spokesperson for the vice President, Gideon Boako, has applauded the the New Patriotic Party for their good governance, as it has gone a long way to suppress hardship in the economy despite the global hardship.

Speaking in an interview with Kwaku Dawuro, on Movement In The Morning, on Movement TV/Wontumi radio, Mr Boako said that in reference to how the current ruling government has been able to curb persistent, unpredictable power outage and improved the lives of citizens.

He stated that ” Let’s see it this way, whether a government will come up with a strategic plan or not, we would have still experienced COVID-19 and Russia-Ukraine war, but Government’s plans have reduced the hardship that would have resulted from it. How many people will be able to afford huge sums for school fees, and all the things in the prospectus list, its going to be difficult so you see, despite the current problems we are facing, and the global hardship, good and strategic plans have suppressed it.

Have you wondered how Ghana has been able to maintain its lights despite the global hardship regardless of the Russia-Ukraine war, so I’m bringing your attention to the fact that irrespective of the hardship, if you have a government that has the interest of the citizens at heart, You will know its hardwork has suppressed it.”
