Pastor and Overseer of Heaven’s gate ministries, Nicholas Osei popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha, says he is not in support of the building of the cathedral at the expense of other pertinent and beneficial things in the country.
Voicing out his opinion on Saturday 29th July, 2022, with Shatta Michy on Movement Showbiz, the man of God stated bodaciously he was not in support of the government going ahead to build the national cathedral despite the outcry of the needs of citizens.
“My opinion on the construction of the national cathedral is that government should invest the money in putting up hospital structures. You’ll find pregnant women and pneumonia patients stranded when you go to Korle Bu and 37 military hospital. To top it off, our roads have deteriorated so I think the government should rather channel the money to fix roads, water, schools and other public utilities’’, he said.
He finally added that the monies can also be used to assist the ordinary individual if not used for the national cathedral.
