Government’s spokesperson on infrastructure, Grace Anima has praised government for chalking an impressive rate in the midst of global turmoil.
She said the Akufo-Addo-led government has managed Ghana’s economy better than his predecessor despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We will fix the country, but we need time to deal with the effects COVID-19 has on our economy. This is to those claiming that government is not working on fixing the economy of Ghana. It’s never true. Government has outlined several measures which has helped improved our economy. Things will definitely get better with time”, she said on Movement In The morning show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio.
Grace Anima is of the view that measures outlined by government will address the impact of the economic shocks on Ghanaians through the exponential cut in some major government expenditures.
