Gov’t’s Agenda 111 Project Will Not Exist Only In A ‘Green Book’- Patrick Awuku Jabs NDC

A communications team member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Patrick Awuku, has said that the Agenda 111 project of the government is a reality and will not exist in ‘green book’ like the NDCs.

Speaking on President Akufo-Addo’s regional tour on Movement in the morning show on Wontumi Radio/Movement TV, he told Kwaku Dawuro that “the President has taken upon himself to have a first-hand information on what has been happening in the country. Hence, the reason he’s always touring the country. This affords him the opportunity to inspect ongoing projects, and also commission the completed ones which are realities and does not exist in just green books. These are far from dreams”.

He disclosed that thirty-two (32) medical facilities are currently ongoing under the project.

“This will create direct and indirect jobs. There are food vendors who will definitely operate around these hospitals and that will be an avenue for job creation. These are all realities. When the government announced the agenda 111 project, we know what the NDC said in the country- making it look as though they would never use the services of these hospitals”.

Adding that “I remember Yaw Boateng told the NDC that if government is able to complete at least just 20 of these projects, then the NDC should forget about coming to power. It was on this same show that the Ledzokuku MCE said that latest by November this year, the agenda 111 project in his district will be commissioned”.

“This is a clear indication that the Government is poised and ready to deliver”, he concluded.
