Legendary Ghanaian songstress Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, Popularly known as MzBel says she has still not overcome the shock from the robbery attack she suffered years ago.
Speaking on Movement Showbiz on Movement TV on Friday, November 18, 2022, she expressed her emotions saying she has attempted several alternatives to overcome the effect of the robbery attack she experienced 16years ago in her newly bought apartment in Gbawe during the time, but to no avail.
She said that ” The only thing that haunts me is when i was attacked at home by armed robbers. I’ve tried counselling sessions and made every possible attempts but to no avail. Even as a spiritual person, I’ve meditated but it still pops up. I get scared at the sound of any object and armed robbers appear in my dreams every time trying to harm me, which is the only thing i haven’t been able to heal from.”
Furthermore she stated that ”The robbery scared me big time and i haven’t recovered from it, but i am trying to, and if you see me engaged in any spiritual work, the motive will be to heal from that and be able to move on because if i don’t move on and i keep feeling that way, it may occur in another way and it’s something I’m working really hard on”
