Broadcast Journalist with Wontumi Multimedia, Dasebre Agyei Dwamena, has expressed dissatisfaction over certain conducts by the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
According to the disgruntled sympathizer of the party, it looks as though the party is no longer worth dying for, due to certain things he’s observed.
“One of the most painful things in the world is when you whole-heartedly serve someone and yet your sacrifices are not valued. I have realized some traits in NPP, and I know a lot of people wouldn’t be happy about this but the truth hurts. We ought to be very careful as a party. Right from 2008 that I started following Akufo-Addo till 2016 when he won, the kind of tribulations and trials I went through, is nothing good to write home about”, he said.
Stressing that he never accepted any token that was shared to Journalists from Alan Kyeremanten because he was loyal to Akufo-Addo.
“In 2012, my room was used as a collation center…I’m pained with the kind of treatment I’m receiving. When NPP won the 2016 elections, someone emphatically told me that the party had wanted to take good care of me, yet they wouldn’t do so because of something I have done wrong…If me of all people, I’m publicly expressing such concerns, then you should know it’s becoming dangerous…”, he added.
“It’ looks as though the party is no longer worth dying for…I’m getting disappointed…”, he lamented.
