A Deputy Director protocol for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwabena Frimpong, has urged the rank and file of the party to work together and ensure NP wins elections 2024.
He noted that everything shows that the NPP stands tall in winning the 2024 elections the only thing expected of them is to do away with apathy and work together to ensure that breaking-the-eight jinx becomes fruitful.
“If you check the voting pattern of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) votes over the years, they hold about 44% of total votes cast every year and NPP holds between 47 and 48 per cent- an indication that the NPP is always ahead. With the numerous interventions and infrastructural projects, if we go into the elections as a united front, we will emerge victorious”, he spoke on Movement TV with Kwaku Dawuro.
He also cited many interventions rolled out by the current national executives including training sessions for all the wings, executives, is testament of the good work of the current crop of executives.
“If we don’t break-the-eight-year jinx, it’s an indictment on all of us right from polling stations, electoral area, constituency, regional and national. Nobody should say he/she hasn’t benefited from the party but should understand that the more the party stays in government, the more everyone get their share of the cake”, he noted.
He cited himself as an example noting that two years ago, he never thought he could have become the Deputy director of protocol for such a great party.
he added that “We all never thought we w0uld have got to where we are now and I’m sure there are countless people in my shoes too. So, the more the government stays in power, the more we all enjoy. In that same regard, there are other who have benefited much from the party but have failed to go out and let others know”.
