Abigail Essuman from kasoa who is a hawker and married to charles Amoako with kids has expressed grief with regards to the mistreatment she faces from her husband.
The trader with the host of Wontumi Nka Wasem and her guests, reiterated how she has suffered several injuries from the pounding she receives from her husband. According to her, Charles Amoako batters her for striving hard to make ends meet in order to take care of the family while he does not.
Abigail asserted that, several complaints made against him to their families proved futile with some refusing to testify against her husband after reporting the case to the police. She claimed to have adhered to the family’s advice of staying in the marriage because she did not want to have multiple partners. Speaking to her husband in a phone interview, Charles Amoako refuted all allegations leveled against him and told the team he was not the cause of the blood clots his wife sustained leading to her baldness.
Charles Amoako said he was a responsible father and husband, and not an abuser. Positive Result is set to yield as the team have started looking into the matter.
