Miracle Adomah, the wife of Ghanaian journalist Kofi Adomah, has assured that he is in stable condition and responding to treatment.
Taking to Facebook, Miracle expressed gratitude to all for the support, goodwill messages, and prayers during this period.
She wrote, “Sorry I can’t respond to the numerous WhatsApp calls on my phone and that of my husband now. Currently, he is stable, and we hope for the best. Thanks for the care.”
The broadcaster sustained an eye injury caused by an accidental musketry discharge during a ceremony in Dormaa in the line of duty.
Mr. Adomah was reportedly struck in the eye by gunpowder residue when shots were fired as part of the traditional musketry display.
