Former NPP General Secretary, Ing. Kwabena Agyapong, has offered sage advice to President Mahama, urging him to prioritize leaving a lasting legacy after his term ends.
According to him, the President should focus on making decisions that benefit the nation, rather than giving in to pressure from party loyalists.
“As President, it’s essential to resist pressures and do what’s right,” Agyapong emphasized.
He noted that leaders often face conflicting demands, but ultimately, their decisions should be guided by the greater good. Amid the ongoing controversy surrounding the Chief Justice, Agyapong’s words of caution seem particularly pertinent.
In a recent interview on Wontumi TV, Agyapong encouraged President Mahama to stay the course and make decisions that will stand the test of time. By doing so, the President can cement his legacy and ensure a positive impact on the nation.
