Former District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sekyere Central, Kwadwo Banahene Bediako, has advised the rank and file of the party especially the Presidential aspirant not to wash the party’s dirty linens outside.
According to him, it’s very prudent that the party ensures that it’s laid down rules and regulations are strictly adhered to in order not to break up the party.
“As a party, we should be able to confront people and correct them when they make mistakes, rather than to be throwing shades and tantrums…and also as a party, we should be very mindful of the kind of communication we relay to the public. Let’s not wash our dirty linens outside or else, that simple means we would want to release power on a silver platter to the opposition…”, he said during a discussion on Movement In The Morning Show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio.
However, he said the NDC can never compare itself to the NPP on what they were able to achieve for the country during their era.
“We ought to let Ghanaians know that when given the opportunity we can do more than we have done, and we are doing”, he indicated.
He furthered that if the party isn’t united going into the general election, the milestone the government has been able to achieve will become ‘useless’ because Ghanaians would still vote against the party and thus, the reason for which they party must be strong and united.
