Mavis from Amasaman, Mother of 18 year old with an undisclosed name has revealed that her daughter has been in the hands of one Cudjoe against her will and without her consent.
According to Mavis in an interview with Maame Dufie on Wontumi Nka Wasem today, Monday, 12th September, 2022, Mavis stated that her daughter who is a final year student in one of the Senior High schools in Ghana, met Cudjoe upon returning home from school on one of their vacations. Mavis asserted that her daughter immediately followed the stranger home and was able to convince her to agree to live with him.
The mother of the 18 year old bemoaned that after the incidence which happened a year ago, all attempts to get her daughter back by reporting to social welfare and police have proven futile. The heartbroken mother said after keeping her daughter without her consent for a year, she found out the two connived to get her out of school without completing and have given birth. She claims to have received several death threats from the man who has kept her daughter hostage.
This follows her seek for help from the Wontumi Nka Wasem team in getting back her daughter.
