A Senior Lecturer with the Kumasi Technical University (KsTU), Mr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey, has expressed disgust at the position taken by the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) over their consistent attack on the Supreme Court, noting that it smacks of madness.
Appearing on the Wontumi Morning Show, Mr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey explained that he is surprised the NDC decides to go to the Supreme Court with weak cases and expect lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata to turn into around into a good case.
He posits that the strategy of the NDC of always attacking the court after the court has ruled against them was equal to “a mad fetish worshiping a mad deity” for progress.
Mr. Ishaq Kyei-Brobbey explained that the judiciary is an essential organ sustaining Ghana’s democracy and it was very wrong for the NDC to bastardize it.
