NDC Communicators Earn Same as Nana Addo’s DCEs: GH¢5,000 Monthly – Agyemang Reveals

A member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) communication team, Mr. Agyemang has criticized the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for their contradictory stance on the size of government and allocation of funds.

The NPP communicator noted that the NDC had previously condemned President Nana Addo’s large government, yet they are now allocating substantial amounts of money to their communicators. Remarkably, some of these communicators receive the same monthly stipend of GH¢5,000 as District Chief Executives (DCEs), under Akufo-Addo’s tenure.

In contrast, Mr. Agyemang highlighted President Nana Addo’s achievements with his large government, including significant reductions in spending and budget cuts. This, the communicator argued, demonstrates the NDC’s hypocrisy in criticizing the NPP’s governance while engaging in similar practices.

This underscores the importance of critically evaluating the actions and policies of political parties.

“Ghanaians need to choose the lesser of two evils,” the communicator emphasized.

“Regardless of who is in power, there will always be critics. However, we must identify which party is better equipped to lead the country forward,” he added.
