Managing Editor of the Informer Newspaper, Andy Kankam, has advised the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to do their analysis well if they want to win elections 2024.
He said the party should ensure that for whatever decision they take, they should have the EIU report in mind.
“The report had categorically stated that the NDC has high chance of winning elections 2024 but will be cut short if Mahama leads the party as the flagbearer. Mahama should have done the party a good favour by withdrawing from the elections, and giving opportunity to others in order for the party to re-capture power-so that he could have been giving advice from behind”, he spoke on Movement In The Morning Show on Movement TV/ Wontumi Radio.
In his opinion, the former President Mahama has no credibility to lead the party and in order to increase the party’s chances of winning the elections, it would have been better for him to have withdrawn from the contest.
Moreover, the years for governing are not adequate or enough for him to accomplish all that he’s promising.
