The New Patriotic Party ‘s (NPP) Regional Secretary for Bono East, David Boakye, has revealed that no health worker was employed under the watch of ex President Mahama’s administration.
He made this known during an interview on Movement TV with Oheneba Nana Asiedu.
“None of the students from the School of Hygiene were recruited under President Mills’ two years in power and Mahama’s four years in government. President Akufo-Addo after redeeming Ghana from the International Monitory Fund(IMF) in 2018 employed them together with the nurses, doctors, lab technicians and physician assistance, a total of 64,000 health workers were employed”, he said
He added that 120,000 teachers were recruited under the free SHS policy.
He challenged the NDC government to submit their records to prove Ghanaians wrong.
“Our works are justified with documents and NDC members are now silent” he added
